1. You agree you will not redistribute, re-sell, or put the design onto other products (such as shirts, buttons, etc). Unless we agree upon a written agreement/contract for your permission to do so. This would also come along with extra payment for the right to do it, and some percentages of sales would go to me. Unless a payment is agreed upon using the art without percentage of sales going to me. You'd also have to give credit/links back to me somewhere in the description box. Either you’re selling it or not, I require credit to it. 

2. As long as you keep my signature, credit and link back to me, you're allowed to post to any social media. Only the person who commissioned me is allowed to do this.

3. You're not allowed to trace, edit or say you made it. Pretty much art theft. And not giving correct links back to the original artist and source. 

3. I will draw in real life people such as YouTubers, Personalities, etc. But I will not draw copyrighted characters. Such as MLP, Pokemon, Bleach, one Piece, etc sortive things. 

4. I don't mind doing your OC, but if it is a fan character oc, depending on what it is (and if I feel comfortable doing it), I MIGHT draw it! No promises, and I have a right to refuse. The character has to be original in their own design and concept, but could be based in like a Bleach universe (with the robes and all for example doing a Bankai is fine).

5. I do NSFW.

6. Must be 18 years or older to commission me.

7. I can ask for ID at any time. You would have to take a picture of your ID, next to your face, while showing the birthdate on the ID. Covering the other details is fine, I just have to see your birthdate.

To get one please...

1. Send me a NOTE with information and details of the type of commission you want. I will also require any references to whatever you're asking me to draw, with some details (poses, expressions, background etc) as well.  

!!! Okay, important thing when sending me money on PayPal! When you get to a section asking for address, say "NO ADDRESS NEEDED"! If you do send it with your address, I will send money back and will tell you to resend it without address. !!!

2. Before I put up the final I will send you a heavily watermarked version of it to you to show you I have completed it.

3. I will send you an email requesting the payment for the piece. 

4. Once I have received it I will send a stash (or email) of the final to you/ put it in DA gallery.
